OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: Recently we have been making some changes. Out of respect and professionalism we have waited until now to release such information. Unfortunately after many years, we have parted ways with one of our guitar players. Johnmark Cenfield, or "Fish" as we've called him, is no longer with Digital Summer. We have reached different paths in our careers and wish him the best in all his future endeavors. Rest assured this has no strain on the future of the band. Plans for upcoming music, videos and tour date releases are already in effect. As for filling his position, future announcements will be made.

Sup yall! We've been super busy lately on the road, breaking down and playing shows. I don't know what it is but we are getting kinda notorious for fixing flats or axles on our trailer every other state. This last run we just did was a little different for us, we were able to take a few days off in-between playing shows and spent some time with our families. We were in Chicago for a couple days with my family doing the tourist thing and went to all the famous food places, The John Hancock Observatory, The Bean in Grant Park and Wrigleyville bar hopping! We also spent a few days off in Pennsylvania chilling by the creek and getting our faces stuffed by Ian and Kyles family who have their own garden and cook amazing food! We also got to see some of the production going on for the new Batman movie being shot in downtown Pittsburgh. Oh yeah can't forget about Bens grandparents eardrums getting blown out at the show in Pittsburgh and stopping by Fish's Dads house!

It was great to play some states that we haven't been to yet and meet new fans. The east coast is definitely an interesting and new world to us and we hope to be back soon. Towards the end of the run we were in NY for about a week recording some new songs with Mike Watts and Steve Haigler. It was a great experience and can't wait to hear the final product. I'm pretty sure we have some great footage from this past run that you will see in a future DSTV episode. I was able to put new merch products up before we left, so if you haven't already go check it out @ www.digitalsummer.net/merch. Our Jager promo on our merch website is still running so take advantage of it before it ends. Also in about two weeks we play 98KUPDs Red White and UFest with Five Finger Death Punch, Anthrax, Filter and more, go to www.98kupd.com for more details.

Well... it's that time again! We're hitting the road for a few shows with Saliva in the south. Returning to Baton Rouge, LA; Tyler, TX; Corpus Christi, TX; and making our first appearance in Birmingham, AL. More date should be posted soon. We're really looking forward to getting back out there and meeting some new friends! ... as well as saying hello to the friends we already have! Lets do this!

Also, we have another music video in the works. Can't say too much... but I will tell you it possibly involved a rooftop somewhere in downtown Phoenix. Gunna be siiiiiick!

Still a lot happening behind the scenes with Digital Summer right now. (That's the byproduct of TRYING to be smart in a F#CKED up industry). Anyways, rest assured we're not going anywhere. Trying to find the RIGHT contractual situation for ourselves so we can continue to make music, tour and keep this crazy thing going the way we like it! So we appreciate everyone's continued love and support.... we really do have the most amazing fans!
THANK YOU.

On a side not.... Ian and I have released our debut album "Pacify" from our side project Tragedy Machine. It's a rock/electronic experimental project we have going at the moment. Feel free to check it out. The album releases in a couple days (06/07/2011) on iTunes, Amazon and most digital retailers. You can also purchase the physical CD on CDBbay.com or through our website
www.TragedyMachines.com.

Also "LIKE" us on Facebook.com/TragedyMachines

Well I think that's about it for now. Hope everyone is doing well and we get to see ya out there on the road!
